* those rates include the electricity (in middle and high season), water, gaz, the taxes of the city (0.60 € per day and per person), the linen for beds. In low season, the electricité is not included. 

* Parpaillon home is the part of our guest rooms with a living room / kitchen and lounge, private terrace. Possibility of weekly rentals in "self catering" only in high season

Last cleaning : 30 € Cigalon, 60 € Cigale, 70 € Parpaillon

Deposit : 200 € Cigalon, 400 € Cigale & Parpaillon

The rents are made from Saturday till Saturday, in  low season,  other arrangements are possible, (please, consult us)

Low season : January, February, March, April, October,  November, December
Mid season :  May, June, from the 30th of june to the 7th of july, September (and school vacations of Easter and Christmas)  
High season :  from 7th of July to the 1st of september

With access to the pool, and a free parking on the property

The property is closed with electric gate, 

A rental agreement will be established between both parts. The rent will be effective after reception of the contract signed as well as the payment of a deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the stay (by French check, by bank transfer, by transfer on my account PayPal). Attention the possible freshly caused for transfers will be at your expense. The balance of the stay will be paid at your arrival with the caution.

For your tranquillity , an cancellation Insurance/Interruption of stay is automatically signed with "World Assistance" Its amount : 3,5 % is to be added to the total amount of the rent.

In order to welcome people in good conditions during the high season, we ask our guests to arrive :

the Saturday between 5 and 7 PM, and to leave the Saturday before 10 AM on your departure day.

Other possibility during low season, please ask us for more information.

A leasing agreement will be writing and signed by the two parts.

To confirm your booking, we will ask for a deposit.  the deposit amount is 30% of the stay.

We are sorry but because of hygiene matters, the tenant cannot keep any dog or other animal.

Terms and Conditions

We provide you a " space picnic " on the property, useful only in noon !

The price of the bedrooms, for 2 people, by day including breakfasts and taxes (0.60 € per person)

We are happy to welcome our guests from 5 p.m and would request that the bedrooms are vacated by 11 a.m.

The pets are not allowed.

We don’t smoke in the house or in the rooms and at the pool !

To confirm your booking, we will ask for a deposit. For one, two or three days booking, the deposit amount is one day. For a four and more days booking, the deposit amount is 30% of the stay.

Any stay remains due such as reserved. an cancellation insurance can be take with "World assistance (contact us)

Final payment of the stay (as reserved) will be to regulate on your arrival.
