*For your tranquillity , an cancellation Insurance/Interruption of stay is automatically signed with "World Assistance" Its amount : 2,5 % is to be added to the total amount of the rent.

In order to welcome people in good conditions during the high season, we ask our guests to arrive the Saturday between 5 and 7 PM, and to leave the Saturday before 10 AM on your departure day.

Other possibility during low season, please ask us for more information.

A leasing agreement will be writing and signed by the two parts.

We are sorry but because of hygiene matters, the tenant cannot keep any dog or other animal.

Terms and Conditions

The price of the bedrooms, for 2 people,by day including breakfasts and taxes (0.60 € per person) depends the duration of your stay.

We are happy to welcome our guests from 5 p.m and would request that the bedrooms are vacated by 11 a.m.

The pets are not allowed. We don’t smoke in the house or in the rooms !

To confirm your booking, we will ask for a deposit. For a one, two or three days booking, the deposit amount is one day. For a four and more booking, the deposit amount is 30% of the stay.
(bank swifts, Travellers cheques, or banking PAYPAL). Warning : abroad banks swifts, payment by PAYPAL, expenses will be at your expense.

Any stay remains due such as reserved. You can subscribe to an cancellation insurance (conctact us).

Final payment of the stay (as reserved) will be to regulate on arrival.
